1. What does "healing" mean to you?

For me, healing is a profound process that extends far beyond the physical level. It's about establishing a connection – with oneself, one's emotions, and one's body. Healing means accepting oneself in one's entirety and bestowing love on all parts within us. This sounds simple, and we've heard it often, but parts within us are conditioned even before birth, and our body begins to store experiences. These can be minor or major traumatic events. In my work, I support people on this journey, standing by their side, accompanying them without trying to make an impact, and helping them recognise themselves in their true essence.

2. How is the unity of body, mind, and spirit present in your sessions?

In my sessions, the harmonisation of body, mind, and spirit is the focus. I use various methods to help my clients release blockages on all these levels. It's a deep process that allows people to experience and understand themselves holistically.

3. How do you create a safe and trusting environment?

Safety, trust, and relaxation are the pillars of my work. I create a space where my clients can feel free and unburdened, without fear of judgment or prejudice. This is achieved through active listening, empathetic understanding, and a warm, open atmosphere that both my clients and I shape together.

4. How do you accompany your clients on their journey to self-discovery and inner healing?

My approach is to stand by my clients as a companion. I support them in finding their own answers and discovering their inner voice. It often takes time to understand the language of our body's inner voice. Our body may express itself through tiredness, cold, warmth, or even pain, conveying messages to us. With time, trust, and patience, we start to understand these messages and align our lives accordingly. The real work often begins after the session to integrate what has been seen, experienced, and felt into one's life. This process is deeply personal and individual, and I feel honoured to be a part of it.

5. What does the transformative power of De-Armouring mean to you?

De-Armouring is a powerful way to release deep-seated blockages and enable transformative changes. It can take many forms – BreathWork, massages, a walk, or a clarifying conversation can all lead to shedding our armour. It's about healing old wounds and creating space for new growth and possibilities. I witness this transformation in my sessions – it's a miracle every time.

6. What misconceptions about De-Armouring do you often encounter?

I often encounter the misconception that De-Armouring is something unconventional or unscientific. In reality, it is a very grounded and effective method based on a deep understanding of the human body and psychology. My learned "Soft Touch" De-Armouring method (The Gaia Method) is specifically supportive in a holistic sense, and I approach the body's needs with particular gentleness and care.

7. Can you describe the various techniques in a Full-Body De-Armouring session?

In a Full-Body De-Armouring session, I apply a combination of techniques including trigger point massage, acupressure, and energy work. These methods aim to open and specifically relax the body and mind. Only a truly relaxed body has the ability to let go and allow healing on the deepest level.

8. What sets your Life Coaching offer apart?

My Life Coaching is unique as I pursue a holistic approach. I view the person in their entirety and work towards restoring the balance between body, mind, and soul. This approach allows me to help my clients gain deep insights and bring about lasting changes in their lives.

9. How do you approach male clients who are new to self-care?

I understand that it can be challenging for men to engage with self-care and emotional work. My approach is to create a safe and supportive space where men can open up and explore their feelings without feeling ashamed or weak.

10. What personal experiences or insights led you to this work?

My own journey of self-discovery and healing inspired me to this work. I have learned that true change comes from within and that each of us has the power to turn our own lives for the better. I want to share these insights with my clients and support them on their own paths.

11. How does De-Armouring help your clients lead a fulfilling life?

De-Armouring helps my clients free themselves from old patterns and blockages that prevent them from living their full potential. Often, people come to me who have experienced something terrible and now have the courage to free themselves from this physical memory. Through this work, they can experience a deep sense of freedom and self-confidence, leading to a more fulfilled and authentic life.

12. What is a typical course of a De-Armouring session like?

A De-Armouring session is a process based on the individual needs of the client. It often starts with a conversation where we discuss the session's themes and goals. This is followed by relaxation exercises, bodywork, and energy work, always paying attention to the client's reactions and well-being.

13. How do you handle clients who experience discomfort during a session?

If a client encounters a part during a session and finds it unpleasant or challenging, my first step is to slow down the work and provide space. These moments are especially valuable as they involve a lot of trust. When our body trusts us to handle the emotion beneath the armor, it has the chance to let go and release the blockage. In these moments, it's particularly important for me to be simply present, deeply connected with myself, the body, and any helpers who still have access to support the person in this process.

14. What role do listening and intuition play in your work as a coach?

Listening and intuition are essential components of my work. Through attentive listening, I gain a deep understanding of my clients' needs and challenges. My intuition helps me find the right path for each person and effectively accompany them on their journey.

15. How do you explain the concept of "body armour" and its significance in your work?

The "body armour" is a system that describes the physical and emotional tensions we store in our body. These tensions often result from stress, traumas, or repressed emotions that often occur even before birth. By de-armouring, we work to dissolve this armour and allow the body to release what it has experienced. This can lead to feeling free and alive again.

16. How do you support clients in processing their experiences after a session?

After a session, which can often last 1.5 to 2 hours, I recommend my clients take time for themselves to process the experiences. I also offer support and follow-up care to continue accompanying them on their healing journey and help integrate the gained insights into their daily lives.

17. What impact does De-Armouring have on well-being and body perception?

De-Armouring can significantly improve overall well-being. It helps release tensions, sharpen body perception, and develop a deeper understanding of one's own body. This leads to an increased sense of connection with oneself and the world.

18. What are common reactions or feelings after a De-Armouring session?

After a De-Armouring session, many clients experience a sense of lightness and liberation. It's not uncommon for emotions that have been suppressed for a long time to be released. The experience is often very individual and personal and varies from person to person.

19. How does De-Armouring complement other therapies?

De-Armouring complements other therapy forms very well. It offers a body-based perspective that works excellently with psychotherapy. It is advisable to discuss both therapies openly, as this can have a wonderful influence.

20. Personal advice for those interested in De-Armouring

For those considering trying a De-Armouring - Practice, I recommend approaching it with an open mind and a curious attitude.
It's important to find a qualified and trustworthy practitioner with whom one feels comfortable and safe. De-Armouring is a profound process involving both physical and emotional aspects. Therefore, it's crucial to engage with the process and be ready to confront one's inner experiences. I advise getting informed about the method beforehand and clarifying any questions or concerns in a preliminary discussion with the practitioner. This ensures that the method aligns with one's needs and goals. It's also important to be aware that every healing process is individual, and experiences can vary from person to person. De-Armouring can be an enriching experience that leads to deeper self-understanding and well-being if one is open and trusts the process.
