Watering your own garden of life - sowing seeds and trusting that flowers will grow.
Imagine, your life is your own garden,
Grass
A flower bed,
Is there water?
Maybe a small hill,
maybe with trees
maybe a shrub.
In your own life garden,
you can do and leave what you want.
You can
sow
plant
dig out
replant
sow again
and
harvest.
Imagine ,
your life garden.
It is your own creation.
I invite you to observe yourself
in your own life…
garden of life.
How do you move on the grass that you have sown?
Do you run fast?
Do you run slow?
Do you have expectations of the seeds under the earth
or
do you trust, the seed,
it will bloom, at the best time?
Do you have enough peace to sit in your garden,
or are you busy being busy?
Can you enjoy your own flowers
or
are you busy constantly planting new ones?
I invite you, just to be,
in your own life garden.
I invite you to observe how things change,
how nature goes its own way and guides you…
sends you signs
communicates with you.
Your life garden is your own creation
the reflection of yourself.
It is time to be mindful and recognise
to embrace the flow of it.
to live in harmony and balance
with everything that surrounds us.
Look at your garden from a new perspective
Discover hidden treasures and recognise your true beauty
Take time to pause and perceive your own heartbeat
Feel the connection to yourself and everything that is.
Be grateful for your life garden,
for all the love,
friendships
insights,
good moments
complicated moments.
The leaves that fall, and the flowers that bloom.
Be patient with your garden
nurture, water, and feed it.
Take the time to let your plants and flowers grow.
Allow yourself to make mistakes.
Try again and learn from it.
Your life garden is constantly evolving and changing with you.
Make room for new experiences and adventures,
plant something you have never planted before
and
say goodbye to past and withered that no longer serves.
I invite you to enjoy your garden of life, to take your time to discover it
again and again,
and
to shape it as you wish.
Every day new
Every day different
Every day the same
again and again
and
again
and
again.
How does your desired garden of life looks like?
*gratefully inspired after one of my recent De-Armouring sessions where we explored through the garden of life with my client.
